With the motto 'It seems like something from another world', Ruffles presents the first Ruffles Tira Onda campaign.
Combining WebAR, Spatial Audio and interactions to teleport the customers to another world where they meet this new Ruffles.
Developed in partnership with agency AKQA, the campaign uses extended reality technology to bring a surprise e-commerce experience that deepens the connection with the brand’s audience in an interactive way. The campaign created an alternate world to playfully justify the packaging change where the traditional bagged ruffles now come in tubes.
To buy the product during the action, the consumer can enter a portal to another world where an Americanas store was recreated in a virtual environment. The user can play with the chips, open the packages and select one of them to be directed to a real store, where the consumer will receive a discount on the product.
